Zoning Hearing Board The Zoning Hearing Board has the responsibility of determining whether a variance to Harmony Borough's zoning ordinances should be permitted. Generally these variances are only allowed when the existing ordinance would put an undue hardship on the property owner. Requests for zoning hearings should be made at the Borough office. A deposit of $250 is required at the time of the request.
